樹齢400年を超えると言われている枝垂れ桜の老木を月夜に訪れました。春花の咲く頃は大勢の見物人に囲まれ、スマホであらゆる角度から撮影されていますが、冬、それも夜中には人影もなく、その枝振りや存在感のある幹等をじっくりと楽しむ事が出来ます。
The Moon and an Old Cherry Tree
I visited this old weeping cherry, said 400-year-old or more, during a
winter night under the moon.
It is a very well-known tree and many people pay a visit to watch and take pictures of blossoms in early spring.
I was the only person there, so took enough time to enjoy the solitary and quiet beauty of this old tree.
